Colin is a Consultant Solicitor specialising in residential conveyancing. He has a particular focus on helping landlords and buy to let investors. He also advises home movers, property investors and small developers.
Colin provides clear, practical advice on purchases, sales, remortgages and transfers of equity. Many of his clients manage several property transactions at the same time, so he understands the importance of prompt communication and a reliable service.
Colin is supported by Vanessa Shattock and Emma Harvey, who help to ensure every transaction progresses as smoothly and efficiently as possible.
Outside of work, Colin enjoys bouldering, fishing, hiking, camping and kayaking.
