Meet Katrina Whyard, Solicitor
Katrina Whyard is a Solicitor at Burrows Solicitors and specialises in residential conveyancing.
Having qualified as a solicitor in July 2023, Katrina advises clients on a wide range of residential property matters, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and assents.
Katrina graduated from the University of Manchester with an upper second class honours degree in Law with Politics before achieving a distinction in the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law in Guildford.
Known for her approachable manner and commitment to outstanding client service, Katrina understands that every property transaction is unique. She takes pride in guiding clients through the process with clear communication, practical advice and regular updates from instruction through to completion. Clients frequently commend her professionalism, responsiveness and determination, as well as the reassurance she provides throughout what can often be a stressful experience.
Outside of work, Katrina enjoys reading, visiting the theatre and spending time with her rescue dogs, Myla and Badi, whom she adopted through Balkan Underdogs. She is also an active member of her local community and supports a number of charitable causes.
