With 21 years of experience in the legal industry, Jayshree brings a wealth of expertise to our commercial property department. She specialises in managing non-contentious landlord and tenant matters, making her a go-to resource for our clients.
Jayshree’s areas of practice are diverse, including renewals of leases under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954, drafting and negotiating lease renewals for newly refurbished buildings, and advising on the granting of new commercial leases. Her experience also extends to the acquisition and disposal of leasehold and freehold properties, including investment properties subject to occupational leases, as well as sales and acquisitions at auction.
Jayshree advises both property investment companies and individuals and SMEs on commercial property matters, including franchise investments. Her top priority is to provide exceptional service by understanding her clients’ needs, and her strong connections with other professionals in the field, such as surveyors and accountants, enable her to achieve her goal of a swift and successful conclusion to all transactions.
Fluent in Gujarati, Jayshree is an excellent communicator who takes pride in delivering personalised and efficient service to each of her clients.
