Our Home Sale Fees:
- Our fees range from £1,200.00 plus VAT to £5,000.00 plus VAT, based on your home’s sale price, fee earner’s experience and seniority, and whether the property is freehold or leasehold.
- For transactions exceeding £1 million pounds, please request a personalised quote.
Disbursements:
Disbursements are costs paid to third parties, which we handle on your behalf.
- Freehold property: £7 for office copy and plan.
- Leasehold property: £7 for office copy and plan.
- Management pack – variable figure set by the management company.
Additional Fees:
- £40 plus VAT for each CHAPS bank transfer.
- AML checks: From £4.00 depending on whether we meet with you during the transaction. If we do not meet you in person, costs start from £9.00. The fee charged may include the cost of sending client care documentation through our case management system.
Referral Fees:
In certain transactions, we may pay referral fees to third parties. Please note that these fees are paid by us and not by you.
Assumptions:
Our fees assume a standard transaction, no unforeseen matters, and a timely and cooperative process with no unreasonable delays.
Any extra work required will incur additional fees based on the time spent.
Timeframe for Sale Completion:
Time from accepting an offer to moving can range from 8 to 18 weeks, depending on factors such as the parties in the chain.
Leasehold properties with lease extension may take longer, with additional charges applying.
